  CircEsteem's recently remodeled exterior at 4730 N. Sheridan (Instagram)Two Uptown rehabilitation projects have been awarded 2025 Preservation Excellence awards by the City of Chicago!Circ Esteem's rehabilitation of the formerly closed off space at 4730 N. Sheridan created a bright and inviting facade true to the building's original design.
