David Beach David enjoys his four mile walk to work, has a twin brother in Florida, and enjoys friends and reading.

Henry Hart Henry has six siblings, attended Leo High School, and enjoys listening to music (including classical and pops, but not blues).

Ryan is a friendly, easy going guy! He used to work for the Security Contractor Admiral as a guard at PT, but was happy to accept a permanent position and join the team at Park Tower Condo when it came available. |

Idriz Durmic Idriz was born in Bosnia, has a wife and 5 kids .. and works works parttime at a second job.

Eleocadio Jimenez “Leo” is Mexican by birth, lives in Chicago with his wife and two children, and has run in several Chicago Marathons.

Felipe Lopez “Alejandro” was born in Mexico, lives with his extended family, and runs in the Chicago Marathon.

William “Bill” Rini Bill is currently working as a full time janitor, and is our Plumber “Louie’s” right hand during the Riser Projects. Previously he worked maintenance for a Health Care facility, but “wasn’t feeling it”. So he applied at Park Tower for a more residential/community type position. He enjoys being a part of the team.

Efrain Santana Efrain joined the team in January 2015, after 20 years of experience in construction. He enjoys being part of the PTCA team and meeting new people. On his own time, he enjoys golf and spending time with his family.

George Solayman On his own time, George is the proud owner of 2 six flats. But here, is the service ticket work horse – expert screen-replacer, closet door fixer, and trouble-shooter extraordinaire.

Vladymyr “Wally” Ivanyshyn Wally joined the team in March 2018, and is very happy to be a part of the Park Tower family. He likes to hit the trails on his bike and going fishing. He has been doing construction for sometime helping friends and family maintain their property. He plans on purchasing his own home with his girlfriend, and starting a family shortly thereafter. He also enjoys TV and movies, and listening to music. INTERESTING FACT, he has a twin that is five minutes younger than he is and they are opposite in every possible way, from appearance to personality.

David Kazarian David moved here from San Francisco, his home for many years. He doubles as an owner and employee, working Monday thru Friday as an attendant, and assisting the office with membership processing.

Anthony Wilson Anthony studies at Truman, where he takes general education classes. He was born and raised in Chicago and has 1 brother and 1 sister. He is interested in competing in teen physique and bodybuilding competitions. People he admires include Lee Labrada, Bob Paris

Paul Delgado Paul grew up on Halsted Street, has a son in Scottsdale, AZ, and not long ago bowled a 299.

Nicolae “Nick” Dragomir Nick lives in Chicago with his wife and child and considers himself lucky to also have a mom, sister, and nieces nearby.

Brook Rosy Brook has a college diploma from an Ethiopian college and attends Truman College to polish up his English.

Patricia Walker Patricia currently works one of the Part Time positions in the garage. She says she loves to drive cars, and told us, “Instead of driving ‘Ms. Daisy’, I wanted to come park cars for all the folks as an attendant at Park Tower. She is very happy to be on the team!

William Whooper William is a pure Chicago boy at heart, with a sister and brother who live in town. He loves baseball.

Million Ketema Zekarias Also know as “YaYa”, Million told us he is Ethopian and proud of his heritage, and an enthusiastic hiker and soccer player.

Paul Groeninger Paul is a long-time Park Tower resident, was a member of our board for twelve years, and fills in at the request of management wherever he can be most useful. Prior to retirement he was an accountant with Sarah Lee Corporation.
