UPDATED September 4th – The window washer will return to address a few call backs. Please let us know if you believe you have any problems from the exterior cleaning. (Please send an e-mail.) Their last day will be Wednesday September 9th. To get on this schedule, let us know your unit number and the nature of the problem.

UPDATED August 28th – Due to some of the wind conditions this week, window washing will continue into next week. Weather permitting we expect they will be working on Saturday August 29th, and may continue working next week, Monday August 31st through Wednesday September 2nd. We will post updates if this changes.

UPDATED August 24th – Thanks to cooperative weather, window washing will begin as scheduled, Monday August 24th and likely continue through Friday. Day to day wind conditions will dictate where they are working on the building.

Exterior window cleaning and spider treatment is tentatively scheduled for the week of August 24th.

Weather permitting, they will begin Monday morning. If conditions permit, they should be finished by Friday August. Between now and then, any turbulent weather could delay them to beginning another day that week or later. When they are on site, wind conditions will dictate where they are working and which tiers get completed. We request they begin on the ’01 tier and work around the building counter-clockwise, but wind and weather may change those plans from day to day.

They will also be applying the planned spider treatment to help control the critters and their webbing (though we have heard from some folks, this just means more of the other bugs). In general, this treatment has appeared to be successful at reducing their presence. This time of year weather dictates how pervasive they are more then anything else, but the treatment has helped reduce the impact they have on our views.
