All Owners are welcome and encouraged to join us for scheduled Meetings, where the Board is expected to conduct Association business and any matters which properly come before the Board.
Meetings and other 2023/2024 budget related activities include:
Budget Review Meeting with Budget & Finance Commission Saturday November 5, 2022 at 9am – Expected Review of Expenses – Administrative, Utilities, Building Operating, Contracts, Maintenance, and Recreational.
Budget Review Meeting with Budget & Finance Commission Saturday November 12, 2022 at 9am – Expected Review of Garage Income & Expenses; and Payroll and Legal Expenses during Closed Session at end of Open Meeting.
Board of Directors Meeting Monday November 14th at 7:30pm
Budget Review Meeting with Budget & Finance Commission Saturday November 19, 2022 – at 9am – Expected Review of Revenue, Capital Reserve, and Final Review and Questions.
Board of Directors Meeting Monday December 12, 2022 – Among other matters, expected final considerations and potential approval to mail proposed budget for Unit Owner Review.
Week of December 19, 2022 – Anticipated mailing of proposed budget to Unit Owners for Review.
Monday January 9, 2023 – Special Unit Owner Meeting To Review Proposed 2023/2024 Budget.
Board of Directors Meeting Monday January 9, 2023 – Among other matters, potentially accepting and/or amending the 2023/2024 Budget.
