Our Team Is Getting Ready To Begin Their Seasonal Screen Repairs And Replacements

We appreciate everyone who is patiently waiting. We need reasonably warm and not so windy weather for this type of work. The sealant that is used needs sustained temperatures over 50 to properly set. And we want to be especially careful working with tools around open windows so nothing falls out.

We are starting a bit later this year because of how cool the Spring has been. We know a screenless window can be frustrating when you want to open the window to take advantage of nicer weather and fresh air. Especially those of you getting direct sunlight when AC service is not available. So we greatly appreciate the patience and understanding.

Our maintenance staff has already been busy gathering and prepping materials, getting many of the needed screens pre-made for replacements. This year, team members George and Humberto will be  working  together to get this Spring’s work tickets completed. They expect with the present weather to get rolling next week.

We have dozens of requests in so it will take some time to finish this up. We thank everyone for holding in their while we get this effort underway.
