Since we first heard a new restaurant was coming, we have been watching activity at 1046 W. Argyle, the former Gusto's space, with interest. We have been in contact with the owner for a little while now, and signs up on the windows revealed the news: starting today, the space will be home to a new Indonesian restaurant, Garuda Street Food. Per the Instagram page, Garuda will offer something in short supply in Chicago, food from the Indonesian archipelago.
