Changes to the Park Tower Condo Association Declaration and Bylaws may come to a vote of the Unit Owners relatively soon based on recommendations from the Ad Hoc Commission which was charged with reviewing the Decs & Bylaws and considering amendments.
At recent Board of Directors meetings, several of the recommendations were considered and sent to the Association’s legal counsel for review and direction on how to proceed for consideration of amendments by the ownership. Most recently, the Board established a budget to begin and carry out the amendment process. They asked counsel to draft the necessary documentation and amendment language for a vote of the unit owners.
