OTIS Elevator reported recent trouble related to car 6, which serves all floors and 1P & 2P. It stopped several times over the past week, and although technicians were able to reset it, it continued experiencing trouble.
After a more intensive review, the problem identified requires parts which have been ordered. Once they’ve arrived, the repair will be scheduled and completed. They are hopeful they will be delivered early the week of the 9th, and the necessary repair should be able to get underway within a business day.
