Riser Replacement Project
The Riser Replacement Project is set to commence for the ’06 guest bathrooms and ’07 kitchens from the 3rd to 29th floors on Monday March 14th. We will be working in these units and hallways for approximately 6 to 8 weeks, and want you to know what to expect.
We strongly encourage you to join us for a Town Hall Meeting on Thursday January 28th at 6:30 PM in the Party Room on the 2nd Floor. We will be discussing the project – specifically what we are going to be doing step by step and why we are doing it.
This meeting will be a good opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process and learn about what to expect when we are in the hallways and ‘06/’07 units conducting the work. Riser replacements are arguably the most challenging and invasive projects that need to be done in the lifetime of a building like Park Tower. They will require daily water shut offs for these units, and workers will be coming and going from these locations for 6 to 8 weeks. It is very important you are as prepared in advance as you can possibly be, so we hope to see everyone there.
