On Wednesday Sept. 9th, from 4pm to 7pm in the mall atrium (under the skylight), Customer Care Reps and Technicians from RCN will be present to provide account and technical support services. As a reminder, the Association’s bulk contract with RCN includes their Signature Video Package, 2 digital boxes 1 TIVO Quad DVR, 2 cable cards, Showtime and The Movie Channel, 1 Modem and wireless router, and 25 Mbps of internet service.
Technicians will be available on a first come, first serve basis for installation services or to address technical issues with no charge. Customer Care Reps will be present to address any billing questions or service problems in person, and to change or add services, such as premium networks (HBO/Cinemax) or higher internet speeds (up to 75 Mbps).
On Tuesday Sept. 29th, RCN will hold TIVO classes in the Party Room at 4pm, 5pm and 6pm. A rep will introduce any interested residents to the TIVO Quad, which is available as a part of the bulk contract, and demonstrate how to operate it. This includes programming and recording programs and other features that can help residents make the most of their cable services.
