In order to conduct business at the Annual Meeting, at least 20% of the ownership needs to be present, either in person or by Proxy. If you can’t attend, it is vital that as many owners as possible complete a Proxy Form and submit it as soon as possible. If the Association does not have a minimum of 20% quorum, the proceedings would need to be adjourned, and another meeting will have to be scheduled which means additional expense would be incurred for producing and mailing notices, and staff and Management resources would be distracted from day to day needs of our owners and residents.
If you need a blank Proxy Form, please stop by or contact the office right away.
The Proxy box will be at the front desk until about 5pm on Monday June 11th, after which we expect the election tabulators with Picker & Associates to relocate the box to the Party Room where they will begin business related to the election.
After 5pm on Monday, you would need to drop your Proxy off at the meeting, or attend the meeting and vote by ballot.
The Party Room doors will open around 7:15pm and the meeting is expected to start promptly at 7:30pm.
The official notice for the 2018 Annual Meeting of Unit Owners of the Park Tower Condo Association was mailed on Monday May 14th. By now, most if not all Owners should have received a notice with the Proxy Form(s) and voting instructions. If you own multiple units, you should receive a blank proxy form for each.

IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND THE MEETING IN PERSON, on Monday June 11th at 11am in the 2nd Floor Party Room at 7:30pm, please complete and mail in your PROXY FORM right away. Please contact the office if you have any questions about designating a Proxy and/or completing the form. It can be mailed or dropped of in the PROXY BOX at the Front Desk in the lobby.

As previously posted, the PTCA 2018 Annual Meeting of Unit Owners is scheduled to be held Monday June 11th, 2018, at 7:30pm in the 2nd Floor Party Room. At this meeting there will be an election to fill two (2) positions on the Board, for two (2) year terms.

Included with the notice being mailed to unit owners are Proxy Forms, instructions for voting by Proxy, and the candidate applications and resumes for these owners. The Association needs at least a 20% quorum to conduct business at the Annual Meeting. Any owners who can not attend in person are strongly urged and encouraged to complete the Proxy Form and mail it in. Included with the notice is a self-addressed envelope to Picker and Associates, the Association auditing firm who will be tabulating and certifying the results of the election. Also, after the mailing is completed, the ‘Proxy Box’ will be placed at the front desk for owners to drop of their forms.
