PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS – KEEP JANUARY STATEMENTS
Dear Park Tower Condominium Owners:
We sincerely thank all owners who have brought or sent checks for January assessments to the management office on site. If you have not yet done so, please do as soon as you are able. January paper statements have now been mailed to all owners.
Our Yardi operating platform for Park Tower is now up and running. We are in the process of posting your initial check payments to each unit ledger. Management Team Members are able to provide copies of ledgers upon request.
It is now time for us to set up owner payment options in our system. If we have your email address in our files, next week you will receive an invitation from email@example.com inviting you to the portal to register for payment arrangements. This is for ACH recurring, one time, credit or debit card payment.
To enroll for electronic statements, please go to www.estmt.net You will be prompted to enter your individual registration ID which will be listed on your January statement.
With this letter, we have attached a separate enrollment form (Click Here) for the traditional direct debit program authorizing withdrawal of funds monthly from your checking account. If you wish to use the direct debit program, please fill-out the form and attach a voided check to it and return to the management office on site. The payment draw date is fixed for the 5th of each month.
We very strongly encourage all owners to utilize either an electronic billing and payment method or electronic billing and direct debit payment method. Going forward, Park Tower Condominium Association will be charged the cost of mailing paper statements. For the smart use of all resources and to help us all go green, it is our desire that all owners choose an electronic statement billing and payment method. We also encourage the use of your own financial institution’s bill paying services with receipt of electronic statement billing. These methods will be the most efficient all around.
