To help Owners prepare, a “Meet The Candidates” event will be held on Wednesday June 3rd at 7pm in the 2nd Floor Party Room. This is an opportunity for Owners to meet those running for two 2 year positions on the PTCA Board, and ask questions. Candidates will have an opportunity to speak directly to Owners and answer questions.
Candidates have been asked to prepare an Opening Statement, about two minutes in length, on why they think they would be a good member of the Board of Directors, as well as a Closing Statement, one minute in length, summarizing why they should be elected to the Board of Directors.
The moderators for the evening are Michael Parrie and Lloyd Allison, two current members of the Board of Directors with continuing positions. They will call on Owners attending the meeting to ask their questions, and candidates will have 1 minute to answer each question.
All Owners are welcome and encouraged to attend. We look forward to an informative evening with a positive exchange of good ideas for our Association.
Also, please be reminded to either attend the 2026 Annual Meeting on Monday June 8th at 7:30pm in the Party Room, or complete a proxy form so your percentage of ownership can be counted toward the minimum 20% quorum that is needed.
