Sadly, Assistant Property Manager Mavis Mather has resigned her position with the Association.
Her primary duties were book keeping, managing owner’s accounts, processing invoices, and assisting the manager with basic business operations and meeting preparations. Mavis has been with Park Tower for 11 years, since Draper and Kramer was hired as the Management Company in 2004. She has successfully overseen significant improvements to the management office, unit files and record keeping, and has proved to be adept at budgeting and assisting management with the presentation of the annual budget proposed to the Association’s Budget & Finance Committee each year.
She has been promoted to a Property Manager’s position herself, within Draper and Kramer, so she is not leaving us completely. But she will be missed.
Please feel free to stop by to wish her well. Her last day at Park Tower will be Friday February 20th. We will have a modest office send off from 3pm to 4pm, and residents and owners are welcome to stop by, say goodbye and wish her well as she takes this next step in her career.
After that we do plan to close the office early, around 4pm, as the staff will be taking her out to dinner.
