Recently an Owner visited the office, and we could not let him in because he refused to keep the mask over his nose. He proceeded to bang on the door with his fist, fairly violently. Behavior that is never appropriate. It is intimidating to our team and disruptive to other businesses in the mall. But whether an individual accepts facts or not, the way we see it, refusing to wear the mask properly is unsafe and unfair to the employees. With prolific new variants of COVID circulating, we need to keep our guard up. We all are growing tired of the pandemic – I know – but let’s all behave like adults. There is light at the end of the tunnel, and if we stay positive and stand our ground, we will make it there.
This is for your protection, the buildings protection and our employees. We are REQUIRED to enforce this mandate, and it is a huge potential liability to Owners, the Association and management if we do not. For reasons why this is important, the best information comes from the experts. Here are some excellent links:

If you have business to conduct with the office, it needs to be done so amicably and professionally and you must wear your mask properly. We must maintain a civil atmosphere at all times, and provide the safest possible work environment for our team members.
