These efforts are expected to start Monday August 7th, with work being done between 8am and 4pm. It is anticipated they will be completed by Friday August 28th at the end of business.
There will be no AC in the Mall area during this period, and there will be no Air movement in the pool area. The pool area is not cooled its only heated but during the summer the air handler brings in fresh air in, and circulates it. Fortunately, we have plenty of sliding doors that can be opened as well as the roof.
This timing was chosen on purpose, between heating and cooling season, but defaulting to cooling season since heating must be available by September 15th. And, the team needs wiggle room in case unknown conditions are found.
This will not impact cooling in mall spaces, as each suite has independent air handlers.
There will be noise while the old units are cut out and removed, though we are aiming to limit very loud noise to after 9am each work day.
