For units where problems were identified, owners and residents will be receiving notices shortly. The notice will explain the problem (or problems) we observed and identify a timeline for correction.
Because life safety within each unit can directly impact others, we will be following up on each situation we identified. This includes door closers and potential smoke detector issues which are mandatory to be addressed (if they have not been already). Our team kept track of anything missing, or problems with these devices, and if Owners did not direct they be addressed in real time, this effort is meant to follow up and get this addressed asap.
