Our team was unable to identify the cause of the problem, after troubleshooting just about every electric part and connection. Several attempts were made to get it going after a number of guesses were made at what was wrong. Visits from our pool vendor and electrical vendor were not immediately productive either, and we ended up replacing a number of electrical parts and materials hoping that by a process of elimination we could isolate the problem.
Ultimately this led to a timer which helps manage the pumps and jets. It was not immediately obvious it was malfunctioning, but a replacement was ordered. This took just under a week to arrive, but SUCCESS. Once the new part was installed and some final adjustments were made, we are pleased to report the jacuzzi is back up and running.
