In each case they are guests of the building who’ve been given an Owner or resident’s fob, so they can use the facility. This is obviously prohibited as guests should be paid for, and members are required to be present with any non-member guests.
The memberships in question have been suspended and Notices of Violation have been sent to the Unit Owners. A hearing will be held with the Rules Commission, who may recommend a fine to be passed by the Board. On top of any fine, for each event we confirm a non-member used the space, guest pass fees will be charged to the Owners account.
It is also possible members could lose there membership permanently. Any violation can result in both fines and the loss of privileges. This possibility is obviously something everyone wants to avoid, so we urge all members to be good citizens when it comes to using the facility and escorting guests.
Please remember to shower before you enter the pool and jacuzzi.
The purpose of showering with soap before getting in the pool is to remove matter off of the body so that it does not enter the pool. Perspiration, body lotion, oils, make-up, and traces of feces and urine contaminate a swimming pool. When these organic compounds mix with the chlorinated pool water, a reaction occurs. The result is a less healthy pool that will take on a much stronger smell of chlorine. When a pool is well-managed and swimmers shower before getting in, the water doesn’t have a strong chemical smell. (ref: teampoolworks.com)

Please remember to clean equipment after use.
We have had complaints of members not wiping down cardio equipment or benches after use. Please be courteous and clean equipment after exercising.
Please remember that wearing your swimsuit and bathrobe is not allowed in the front passenger elevators.
Please use the service elevators. And regardless, please be appropriately clothed to avoid discomfort of other passengers.
