Dear Park Tower Condominium Owners:
We are pleased to announce your Board of Directors has engaged The Habitat Company to be the managing agent of your Association effective January 1, 2020. We very much look forward to working with all owners of Park Tower. Your current on-site management staff and all building employees remain with Park Tower.
We are in the process of working through the transition of agents now. For the month of January 2020 you will be receiving a printed statement from Habitat advising of payment due. We are working with concluding agent FirstService Residential to have December owner balances prepared for us which we will utilize in setting-up owner accounts. Upon receipt of billing, if your balance does not appear to be correct, please advise the site management office at Park Tower. Phone is 773.769.3250. We ask that for January, checks be dropped-off or mailed directly to the Park Tower office. Instructions will be included on the printed statement.
As we load data into our system for Park Tower, we will soon be sending instructions for you to set-up and sign-up for payment options which include direct debit, a recurring ACH and one-time ACH payments, options to pay directly on site or to use your own bank’s bill-pay system. To help conserve paper waste, we strongly encourage you to sign-up for e-statements and to use non-mailed payment options. More information will be forthcoming for these options.
