Fire Sprinkler Replacement In The Garage, Approved By The Board This Past Fall, Has Been Scheduled For January

This work is being done on both 1p and 2p between January 6th and January 21st.

To bring our sprinkler system up to code – and keeping in mind much of the system is original – the team at Fox Valley has scheduled the approved replacement project to take place in phases over the first couple weeks of January. In order to accommodate this work, vehicles will have to be moved temporarily as follows:

On 2P

• Monday, January 6^th, 9AM-6PM – 2P North, Spots T1-T14 & 56-71
• Tuesday, January 7^th, 9AM-6PM – 2P North, Spots 9-25 & 26-41
• Wednesday, January 8^th, 9AM-6PM – 2P North, Spots 1-8, 43-48, & 72-75
• Thursday, January 9^th, 9AM-6PM – 2P North, Spots 44-55, 150-151, 75-81, Ramp door #4
• Friday, January 17^th, 9AM-6PM – 2P South, Spots 142-146 & T16-T23
• Monday, January 20^th, 9AM-6PM – 2P South, Spots 107-135, 143-147 & T15
• Tuesday, January 21^st, 9AM-6PM – 2P South, Spots 99-106, 149, 82-90 & 98-117

On 1P

• Friday, January 10^th, 9AM-6PM – 1P North – Spots 21-36, 48-75, T1-T16 & 149
• Monday, January 13^th, 9AM-6PM – 1P North – Spots 37-47, 80-89, T14, T15, 19-20 & under the Ramp

We kindly ask that you move your vehicle on the designated day. Temporary valet parking will be available on a “first come, first served” basis, until capacity is reached on 1P. We understand this process is challenging for our parkers, but this sprinkler maintenance is necessary for the safety of our parkers, residents and the community.
