Work To Repair And Paint The Perimeter Soffit And Canopy Over The Main Entrance Is Expected To Begin On Monday April 27th

Weather permitting, we expect work to be completed Friday May 1st

Typically we do a spray wash and spider-kill of this area annually in the Spring. However, some leaking in the late fall and winter resulted in visible damages to the coating which has been scheduled for repair and painting.

This process will begin, weather permitting, with the spray washing and prep of the surface. Around the front and across the entrance this will require a lift and traffic may be redirected from time to time to accommodate. This is expected Monday and Tuesday April 27th and 28th. If it is postponed due to weather, work will begin (or continue) the next workday.

Wednesday through Friday, April 29th through May 1st, we expect painting to take place. This is very weather sensitive work, so plan for workers to return when conditions permit on a following workday.

As residents, guests and anyone are coming and going, please plan for workers to be present and please prepare appropriately. Workers and equipment will be coming and going. Spray washing will result in some splashing and dripping. So please stay aware of your surroundings.
