They were monitoring it for any further problems, but have reported it appears to be running normally.
While responding to a relatively minor call to address a problem with Service Elevator #5 (which serves all floors and the garage levels) OTIS found a potentially more challenging issue.
They are presently troubleshooting and do not yet have an ETA for it to be put back in service. The advised our team they expect to be working on this on Saturday, so hopefully we will know more soon.
