These tie right in to our accounting system which send us additional alerts and save the staff some time, which helps everyone.
E-mails are fine, always, at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always do our best to get back to all messages within 1 to 2 business days, and at least acknowledge any business or questions our Owners and residents have.
For Owners however, if you are registered in Habitat’s “Rent Cafe” Owner Portal, you can also send requests, messages and work orders. As it shows in the picture, on the PTCondo Menu, there is now an option for work tickets. It takes you to the same place for payments, but we wanted to make it more obvious for everyone.
The great thing for our team, is they tie right into our accounting system which triggers other alerts and even an e-mail letting us know you’re trying to reach us.
When you click that option, it takes you to the Owner Portal (as seen below) and you just follow the directions from there.
