Upcoming Concrete Repairs Expected Monday August 3rd thru Friday August 7th

At the July 13th Board of Directors meeting, repairs to areas of concrete flooring in our Circle Drive and Pool Mechanical Rooms were approved to be conducted by the team from Monson Nicholas. This will include prep work that involves sawing and jackhammering into the concrete, to prep for pouring a new surface and topcoat in several locations.

This will cause vibrating and very loud noise at times, that will be heard throughout the mall, garage and even lower floors of the residential tower. Vehicles that park underneath this area will need to be moved from their designated space to ensure they do not get damaged during this work – those parkers will receive separate notices.

Commercial units will experience some very loud noise at times, since they are the most adjacent to the locations where this repair work will be done.
