  Humboldt Haus 2(?) Nears Completion at 5046 N. Clark

  We have been watching the property at 5046 N. Clark since it was sold in 2024. 5046 N.   Last night saw the removal of paper from the windows at the upcoming Las Pinatas on Wilson (1313 W. Wilson) along with testing of their snazzy new sign.Las Pinatas and next door neighbor Piacere Mio both recently crossed several important licensing hurdles and we expect both to be open shortly. No official date for either but Piacere Mio now has a Google Maps page and is on OpenTable.
