This schedule was approved at the July 13, 2015 Board Meeting. All meetings will take place in the Party Room unless otherwise posted. It is expected the first meeting each month will be considered the primary Board Meeting. The second meeting will be for emergencies or other urgent business necessary to conduct between the primary meetings. It is possible they will be cancelled from time to time, in which case notice will be posted, sent via e-mail and posted online at www.ptcondo.com.
Also, the Board has approved holding four Home Owners Forums to meet and discuss items of interest with the unit owners. These will not be Board Meetings and no Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of the Board Members may be present. These forums are scheduled for the following dates and times: Monday August 3, 2015 at 7:00pm, Saturday November 7, 2015 at 1:00pm, Tuesday February 2, 2016 at 7:00pm, and Wednesday May 4, 2016 at 7:00pm, all in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.
