This year’s meeting will be held on Monday June 13th at 7:30pm in the 2nd Floor Party Room. An election will be held to fill two seats on the Board of Directors. Candidate information forms and resumes have been included with the mailing for those Owners who are candidates of record.

If you do not receive your notice in the mail by Friday May 27th, please let the office know and we will get you a replacement packet. We can forward e-copies of the packet, but we do need original signatures if you plan to return a Proxy Form.
Even if you can not attend the meeting, please be sure to complete one of the Proxy Forms included with the packet. Each packet should contain an envelope addressed to “Picker and Associates”, the Association’s auditing firm who will be tabulating the results for the election. For those who live offsite, this can be mailed so your vote and percentage of ownership are included.
For Owners who live on site, we will have a Proxy Box at the front desk.
If you are able to attend the meeting on June 13th, a proxy is not necessary. Owners will be able to register with the auditor from Picker and Associates in person, and you will receive a ballot.

Candidate Meet and Greet – 2nd Floor Party Room Saturday June 4th at 11AM.
Meet The Candidates Night – 2nd Floor Party Room Wednesday June 8th at 7PM.
