The Team at 5455 Has Advised The Opening Of Their Pool Has Been Delayed

The are awaiting the arrival of a part needed for the main pump. That did not arrive as anticipated, and there is no word yet on when to expect it. If we receive any updates, we will post them here.

POOL INFORMATION NOTICE

The 5455 outdoor pool and deck is currently scheduled to open on Thursday, May 22, 2025, pending completion of final mechanical work. While May 22nd remains the target date, please note that this is subject to change based on work in progress they expect to complete by that time.

In preparation for the season, 5455’s Management is now accepting pool registration forms. To join, complete the following registration form and submit it with a $150 Cashier’s Check or Money Order to their Management Office.

If you do not already have a picture on file with their office, you will need to arrange to have a photo taken for the membership.

All pool pass purchasers and guests will need to read and agree to abide by their pool rules:

Park Tower residents need to pay by check/money order made payable to: 5455 Edgewater Plaza Condo Association.

Pool Hours for the season: 6am to  Midnight Remember that Quiet hours are 6-8am and 10pm to midnight.
