It is our pleasure to inform you of the official results of the election of Park Tower Condominium Association’s 2026 annual election of the Board of Directors, held on June 8, 2026. The following candidates received the votes.
Candidates elected for a two-year term are:
Sheldon Atovsky 19.81%
Monique Fouant 21.91%
Other candidate receiving votes was:
Joseph Guzzardo 6.171%
The percentage of the Association (meeting quorum) which voted in the election was 24.082%.
