This schedule was approved at the July 13, 2026, Board Meeting. Monday meetings will take place in the 2nd Floor Party Room at 7:30pm (except November 23rd at 6pm), Saturdays at 9am, and Wednesday, June 9th (for the expected Meet the Candidates night) at 7pm, unless otherwise posted. The first meeting each month is expected to be the primary business meeting. The second meeting will be held as needed to conduct any business necessary between the primary meetings. All owners are welcome and encouraged to join us. Meetings may be cancelled from time to time. Notice will be posted, sent via e-mail and posted online at www.ptcondo.com. The Board approved holding four Resident Forums for discussing business with owners AND residents. No formal Association business will be conducted and minutes will not be taken, however, a quorum of Board Members may be present. These are scheduled for: Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 7pm; Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 7pm; Saturday, January 23, 2027 at 11am; and Thursday, April 22, 2027 at 7pm. All forums will take place in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.
