The 2015 Annual Meeting of the Unit Owners of the Park Tower Condominium Association is scheduled for Monday, June 15 in the Party Room at 5415 N. Sheridan Road. This year an election to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors will be held. The candidates elected at this meeting shall serve two-year terms. Your current Board Members are:

Unit Owners who feel they can make a beneficial contribution to the Association as a member of the Board of Directors are encouraged to become a nominee. You need only be a Unit Owner of record and complete the “Candidate Application” to participate. Also, candidates are encouraged to submit a one-page resume to support their candidacy, and review the “Board Election Rules”. These are included with the mailing.
Declarations of candidacy must be submitted on the official Candidate Application Form no later than 5:00PM, Friday, May 8, 2015, to the Park Tower Management Office. After confirmation of ownership status by the Association’s legal counsel, these owners will be formally recognized as candidates of record.
Forms received by the May 8 deadline will be distributed to the Unit Owners via US Mail along with the formal Annual Meeting Notice, agenda and official proxy with the candidates of record listed. These candidates will be invited to speak with owners at Meet the Candidate Events, tentatively scheduled for Wednesday June 3 at 6:30pm, Saturday June 6 at 11am and Tuesday June 9 at 6:30pm in the Party Room. Declared candidates will be invited to address a set of questions prepared by the News & Social Media Committee, their responses to be the subject of an article in the next issue of TowerTalk and posted simultaneously on the website, PTCondo.com. This invitation, along with the questions, will be extended to each declared candidate on Saturday, May 9, with responses needed in writing (or by email) by Wednesday of the following week, May 13.
Candidate Information Forms received after the May 8, 5pm deadline will be available for review by the Unit Owners at the Annual Meeting on June 15. Nominations for additional candidates can be called for from the floor at the Annual Meeting.
