THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OUR DONORS!

We distribute a RECORD $37270.02 to the staff!

There were a total of 234 donations, with 217 owners and 17 renters making contributions. This represented about 37% of units.

The average donation was $152.76.

All Park Tower site employees, management staff and security guards are paid. The fund is divided among the staff, with 1/3rd being an even split, 1/3rd based on position, and 1/3rd based on tenure. The only exceptions being for employees here less than a year – they receive a dollar amount based on how many months they’ve been here – and art time employees receive a rate based on the number of shifts they work each week.

Park Tower Owners and Residents,

On behalf of the entire staff, THANK YOU to all the donors so far who have contributed to the Park Tower Employee Holiday Fund! Your recognition, generosity and kindness are greatly appreciated!

A Friendly Reminder – The Collection Cutoff Is Friday December 19th 

There’s still time to make a donation to the fund! Please make a check or money order payable to “Park Tower Condo Association”, put “Holiday Fund” in the memo line, and drop it off at the management office or the Front Desk drop box by Friday December 19th. We cannot accept cash. Alternatively, Owners may opt to have their PTCA account charged by either filling out the form below and returning it to the office or leaving it in the Front Desk drop box, or e-mailing your donation request to parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com. Employees will receive their gift with the payroll following the cutoff, and a list of all the contributors.
