  For multiple months we have received complaints regarding the homeless takeovers at several Uptown bus stops.   4531 N. Clark proposal from Platinum Homes (360 Design Studio)A demolition permit in May tipped us off that something was happening, but Ald. Clay's mostly dormant development page was just updated with a pleasant surprise - a proposal from Platinum Homes (the developer of the recently completed 4713 N.
