A Special Meeting of the Unit Owners was held to review the proposed budget for the Park Tower Condo Association fiscal year 2026/2027.

Call To Order

Board President Michael Parrie called the meeting to order at 7:36pm, introduced the Board and Management, and stated the purpose of the meeting was to review the proposed budget and then allow Owners an opportunity to comment and ask questions.

Proposed Budget Review and Q&A

Discussion was led by Michael Parrie who shared a PowerPoint Presentation on the proposed budget, available online or by request to the Management Office.

Then the Board and Management welcomed and addressed questions and comments from Unit Owners present regarding the Proposed Operating Budget for the 2026/2027 Fiscal Year, which was distributed by U.S. Mail the week of December 15, 2025. 

Adjournment

There being no further business, after a motion by Kimberly Lange Unit 1115, seconded by John Yardley Unit 401, the Unit Owners of the Park Tower Condo Association voted in favor of a resolution to adjourn the Special Meeting for review of the proposed operating budget for the 2026/2027 fiscal year, at 8:43pm. Meeting Chair Michael Parrie affirmed the motion was agreed to unanimously.
