Many PT Owners Are Still Receiving A Paper Statement In The mail.

They are subsidizing the expense of the paper and postage with a pesky $2/month charge. Effective March 1st, this will increase to $3/month.

As of December about 450 Owners are signed up for e-statements. So, almost a ream of copy paper each month and case of envelopes is saved, and about $350 a month is saved on postage.

A charge for paper statements was passed in 2021/2022 by the Board at the time, to assign the expense related to printing and mailing statements to those who still require them.

Getting rid of this charge, and helping save is up to you! See the instructions below. Unfortunately, we cannot set up an owner’s e-statement account for them. This is managed through an online archive app which requires you to register and set up your own login and password. However, there are several advantages to this. Not only will you be e-mailed your statement each month, you will receive them soon after they’re generated rather than having to wait for them to arrive in the ‘snail’ mail.

How do I register for E-statements?

Toward the upper right hand corner of the attached sample statement you will see a message, “To receive future statements electronically visit https://www.estmt.net.” Just below that is says “Your Registration ID: ####-####-####”. Owners should see this as well on their own monthly statements. The https://www.estmt.net link takes you to the online app Habitat has for Owners to set up and manage e-statements. Once you are there the first time, toward the lower half of the page you will see where it indicates you can “Create An Account”. Here you will enter the “Registration ID” and follow the prompts to set up your e-statement account.
