Coming in 2026 and 2027
As the Low Zone ’11 Unit Kitchen Riser Project, from floors 3 to 29 is set to begin on Monday September 8th, we look ahead to the remaining 6 domestic hot water risers that are expected to be completed in 2026 and 2027. These are the last of the 34 such risers, distributing hot water to all the residential kitchens and bathrooms, which are planned for replacement:

These are just approximate windows of time we might expect these projects to begin, so stay tuned for future announcements and notices.
It should also be mentioned while these are the last of the domestic water riser projects set for replacement, there are other risers. Mainly, the HVAC Risers that distributed the hot and cold water for heating and AC. These are expected to be targeted in a few years.
