We continue to invest in our communities and the name Astound reflects our future-forward vision and our commitment to innovation, technology, choice and simplicity. Our bulk customers’ feedback about our service is important to us. Thank you for bringing awareness to the inconsistencies in how our national call center identifies your association as a bulk service partner. That said, we have made positive changes to assist our bulk customers with a dedicated bulk department to better assist our bulk partners.
We are happy to announce that we have created a dedicated bulk department in our national call center. This new department will be able to provide customized focus for our bulk properties to ensure residents are getting the most of the contracted services.
The new phone number is : 833-808-3002. Our 100% U.S. based customer support department can be reached here by phone, 5AM – 11:59PM.
We are making other changes to our new bulk department national call center in the coming months to further help improve your experience.
