Well then, it may be time to schedule coil cleaning.
Pricing per bedroom in the 2 bedroom units is $180 labor + $10 material + 15$ insulation = TOTAL $205 EACH. Pricing for Kitchen coil cleaning for 2 bedrooms units only $120 Labor + $10 material= $130
Pricing for the 1 bedroom units the living room is $300 labor + $10 material + $15 insulation = TOTAL $325 and the bedroom is $205 (similar to the 2 bedrooms).
Pricing for studios $300 labor + $10 material + $15 insulation = TOTAL $325 (Pricing is more as the motors have to be un wired and put back together – the studios are most time consuming.)
Due to staffing logistics, we can only schedule this on weekends and some on weekdays when one of the engineers is available. So please be patient, if you put in a ticket and have to wait some time. Scheduling this type of work is more complicated than other routine maintenance tasks.
We can do this type of work when AC season is over, as there gunk and debris that gets built up on the back of the coils during cooling cycles. This dries off when there is only heating since the coils no longer condensate and the team can more easily clean it without a struggle.
