Repainting of hallways 3, 4 and 5, in response to the fire on December 13th, is scheduled as follows:
3rd Floor Begins: Monday January 19th – Floor 3 Protect carpet, remove lights, Prep hallway
Tuesday January 20th – Floor 3 Sand, prime and paint Unit doors. DOORS WILL BE OPEN 9am to 5pm while this work is being done. An employee of the building will be present at all times.
Wednesday January 21st– Floor 3 Sand, prime and paint Unit doors. DOORS WILL BE OPEN 9am to 5pm while this work is being done. An employee of the building will be present at all times.
Thursday January 22nd – Floor 3 Prime walls and trim
Friday January 23rd – Floor 3 Paint walls and trim
Monday January 26th – Floor 3 Paint walls and trim
Tuesday January 27th – Floor 3 Finish Touch up painting and start Clean Up
5th Floor Begins: Wednesday January 28th – Floor 5 Protect carpet, remove lights, Prep hallway
Thursday January 29th – Floor 5 Sand, prime and paint Unit doors. DOORS WILL BE OPEN 9am to 5pm while this work is being done. An employee of the building will be present at all times.
Friday January 30th– Floor 5 Sand, prime and paint Unit doors. DOORS WILL BE OPEN 9am to 5pm while this work is being done. An employee of the building will be present at all times.
Monday February 2nd Floor 5 Prime walls and trim
Tuesday February 3rd – Floor 5 Paint walls and trim
Wednesday February 4th – Floor 5 Paint walls and trim
Thursday February 5th – Floor 5 Finish Touch up painting and start Clean Up
4th Floor Painting will be scheduled after successful completion of clean up and demo of the fire unit, which is presently awaiting action to be taken by the Unit Owner.
