COVID-19 Response Policy Updates

At the August 9th Board of Directors Meeting, the Board discussed heightened concerns about the Coronavirus epidemic, and the evolving government policies in light of the so called “DELTA” and “LAMBDA” variants of the virus.
As a result of the discussion, a resolution was passed with recommendations for all individuals including those who have been fully vaccinated.
- Practice reasonable social distancing between yourself and others who are not members of your household.
- Wear a face covering while indoors and within common areas of the building. This would be particularly important within spaces such as the elevator or any location where 6’ of distance between individuals cannot be maintained.
- Limit elevator occupancy to 4 persons.
