The outage will impact all units and bathrooms.
Maintenance identified a problem with the fan will conducting routine maintenance. The necessary parts were ordered and the need repair is planned for Wednesday February 25th work 8am-5pm.
It is possible when the fan is shutdown and they begin the effort, they may uncover other problems that cannot be identified while it is in operation, but they are reasonably hopeful any problems could be addressed within the planned time frame.
The outage may be unnoticeable, but depending on wind conditions residents may notice air flow reversing out of the bathroom vents from time to time. And it may take longer for humid conditions or odors to clear.
