Dear Park Tower Owners and Residents,
With Thanksgiving right around the corner, the PTCA Board of Directors wishes you, your families, friends and neighbors the best for a safe and happy holiday season, and a prosperous and healthy 2026! We humbly request as you plan for the holidays, to join us in thanking and recognizing the Park Tower staff. Their collective efforts throughout the year, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, help to maintain, improve and secure our community. They help promote a positive living experience for the residents and families who call Park Tower their home. It’s been a demanding year, but they’ve managed to overcome all the challenges they’ve faced on our behalf while keeping the Association operating within budget.
To show our collective appreciation, we invite and encourage you to donate to the PTCA Employee Holiday Fund. This fund is made up of voluntary donations, distributed to 35 employees including the door staff, maintenance, garage, health club, management and security. They work around the clock – some visible and some behind the scenes – managing our business operations and improvement projects, and maintaining and securing the Lobby, Front Desk, Office, Garage, Health Club and all common areas.
The team deserves our thanks and recognition for another successful year. They navigated the completion of the Hallway Remodeling effort and the Astound Fiber transition, three Riser Projects and the Passenger Elevator Cab Rehabs. They’ve continued prioritizing our community’s safety and security while keeping the building clean and day-to-day operations running smoothly. They’ve also demonstrated true dedication to keeping operations within budget. Both Management and our Engineers work diligently to help insulate us from the ongoing uncertainty of chaotic and uncertain economic times. As the New Year approaches and we consider the challenges they will continue facing, the holiday fund is one way to show our team we are grateful and appreciate their efforts maintaining a safe and peaceful community, and a successful condominium association.
Donations will be collected by the Association and distributed through Payroll. Taxes will be withheld, consistent with the law. All Residents and Owners may contribute via check or money order made out to “Park Tower Condo Association”. Please note “Holiday Fund” on the memo line. Drop the check in the lobby front desk drop box, or at the office, or mail it to Park Tower Condo, Attn: Management Office, 5415 N. Sheridan Rd., Suite #107, Chicago, IL, 60640. Owners may also contribute via a charge on their account by either letting the office know in writing via e-mail at parktowercondo-mgmt@habitat.com, or completing the acknowledgement on the back of this letter, and returning it to the office.
We appreciate the gratitude and respect your donation demonstrates to our team and wish everyone health, happiness, peace and prosperity in 2026!
Sincerely, The Park Tower Board,
Lloyd Allison, Sheldon Atovsky, Sheridan Hodges,
Monique Fouant and Michael Parrie
