Today the construction fences came down and we are getting our first look at the future home of the Gardner School, at the southeast corner of Wilson and Ashland.It replaces a very old building that most of us remember as the Paul Revere Masonic Lodge and. later, the Truc Lam Buddhist Temple. Looking NW from Wilson & Marine (Valerio Dewalt Train Associates)Alderman Cappleman's development page was just updated with the following proposal:Lincoln Property Company is proposing to develop the parking lot south of Weiss Hospital with a new 12 story, 314 unit, rental residential building. This proposal requires an amendment to subarea A-1 in the current PD 37. The proposed building has a total height of 159 feet and includes 136 on-site parking spaces.
