With Steve Cull Every week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the Park Tower Party Room, unless otherwise posted.
- Registered 200 RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) teacher
- Exploration of deep stretches, breathing techniques and balancing
- All levels of experience will be accommodated. Beginners are encouraged!
- Bring a mat (or block, strap, bolster…)
Wednesday 5:30 pm (1 hr)
Thursday 12:10 pm (50 mins)
Friday 5:00 pm (1 hr)
