Town Hall Meeting

Management will hold a presentation regarding the upcoming Garage Resurfacing Project, Monday February 24th at 7pm in the 2nd Floor Party Room, to discuss in detail the project which is expected to begin Monday March 2nd.
All such meetings take place in the Party Room unless otherwise posted.

The planned Resurfacing Project on 1P and 2P is expected to begin Monday March 2nd. This will unfold over approximately 8 months, being completed in 8 phases over that time. During each phase, repairs will be performed in a different location of the garage. Work will take about 4 weeks per phase. On 1P, work will include removing the protective membrane, performing repairs to the concrete and drains, then replacing the membrane. On 2p, work will include routing and sealing of cracks, concrete and drain repairs.
During each 4 week phase, all cars in the targeted location on 1p will need to be relocated. On 2p, all cars will need to be relocated for the first 3 days. After that, parkers on 2p will only need to relocate if more substantial concrete repairs are needed in the vicinity of the parking spot. Targeted notices will go out and our team will be in touch with these parkers to schedule relocation if needed.

We expect room to provide Valet parking for 30-35 parkers on a first come first serve basis, with priority given to 1p parkers due to the nature of the work. Otherwise, the Board has approved credits for other parkers based on the period of time you must relocate outside the building. To RSVP for a Valet spot during your phase, contact the office at email@example.com. All Self-parkers should plan extra time and caution coming and going for the duration of the project, as there will be reduced lanes for traffic, and maneuvering will require patience and diligence. Also, with more valet vehicles coming and going, more areas and lanes will be blocked more often.
This project will be discussed in greater detail, Saturday February 1st at 11am in the 2nd Floor Party Room.
