Community Meeting – 5440 North Sheridan Development

A community meeting has been scheduled with the developer of the lot at 5440 North Sheridan. This is presently a parking lot on the West Side of Sheridan Road near the intersection with Catalpa.
The meeting to discuss the proposed new development is scheduled for June 6th, 2019 at 6:30pm at 5445 N Sheridan, which is the building immediately to the North of Park Tower. The developer is expected to give a presentation regarding their proposal for residential construction for feedback from the public and surrounding communities.
Preliminary plans have been presented to community groups such as ASCO. Those groups had a handful of concerns, which they expect to be addressed at the meeting.
