Key Budget Changes Effective March 1st

By request, below are the key changes in the 2018/2019 PTCA Budget which effect owners and residents, approved by the Board of Directors at the January 22nd Board Meeting.
3.5% increase – OWNERS: to determine your new base assessments, just multiply your current monthly charge by 1.035. That will give you your new monthly base assessment fee.
$1.24/month increase – The monthly charge for basic cable and internet increases from $44.37 to $45.61.
PARKING – Valet and Self-Park 1p & 2p
$5 increase – The monthly charge for valet and self-parking increases from $125 to $130.
PARKING – Guest Coupons
Sold in Management Office $1 increase; Sold in Park Tower Market $4 increase – Guest parking coupons increase from $8 to $9 apiece if purchased through the office, and from $8 to $12 apiece if purchased through the market. Click Here For Details
LATE FEE – Assessments
$15 increase – Fee for late payment of assessments increases from $60 to $75. Monthly assessment payments are due on the 1st. There is a 10 day grace period after which accounts with a past due balance are charged the late fee.
LAUNDRY ROOM – Wash Cycle
25 Cent increase – The base cost (light/normal wash) per load of laundry will increase by 25 cents per cycle.
