Just prior to the Board Meeting, Monday August 8th at 7:30pm, representatives from the Association’s auditing firm ‘Picker & Associates’ will be joining us.
The Board has invited them to discuss the auditing process. Specifically, how do they get from the Association’s books and records produced and maintained by the Management Company, to the resulting audit document for each fiscal year. What they do and what they look for. What types of issues come up throughout the process, and what (if any) types of problems are found and how they are resolved.
Afterwards, owners will have an opportunity to ask questions.
So, join us Monday night for the Board meeting and learn more about this very important part of the process in conducting PTCA business.
